I use many props during remote learning with my preschoolers! It’s more fun for them to watch me use toys and manipulatives than a computer-based activity. I set up my iPad on a table so that they can watch the activity I’m playing with. Typically I read a story and do a language-based activity to follow it. Having more resources at my home where I’m leading therapy virtually will help the students stay interested and motivated to learn! If and when schools reopen, I will use these materials with the kids in person too!
