Also, series of books that will help “hook" the students so that they will want to know what happens in character’s next story. The new books will assist in the life-long readers’ atmosphere that we promote in our school. They will provide the emergent readers choices from a greater number of books and a wider variety of topics. I have kept in mind the titles that the students have enjoyed over the years. I have chosen some similar books; as well as, new topics to spark the interest of the readers. Also, series of books that will help “hook" the students so that they will want to know what happens in character’s next story. The books will be read, shared and loved by the emergent readers in their journey to become proficient readers and hopefully, a "book lover" for life.
