Our student body is so kind, compassionate, and inquisitive. It is a pleasure to work with them, in so many ways. I am excited to introduce this wide selection of books that teach about and celebrate so many cultures.

Books have such an amazing ability to transport readers to other times and places, and these books will provide such a powerful ride for our students. They will learn about the history of our country through both fictional and non-fictional accounts, and also be introduced to some ground-breaking figures who maybe they've never seen before. Through exposure to a variety of cultures and experiences, we can help our kids further develop their empathy and understanding of the world in which we live.
