A picture is worth 1,000 words. Having visual cues for vocabulary words.. it's especially important in learning a new language. "Manzana", "plátano" , Can you imagine how much easier it would make it to have an apple and banana to go with these words? The HP printer and your generosity will give my kindergartners the opportunity to see these words/books in a different light and color. We are always more engaged with things in color and I want my students to enjoy looking at pictures and remembering our new words.
