Students will use imagination and invented Kindergarten spelling to practice letter formation and writing their ideas to share with peers. This practice and sharing will support fine motor development and build oral communication skills. Students will be able to strengthen their fine motor skills while working with peers. This practice will build self confidence and increase their writing skills, sight word recognition, ability to write the room using the dry erase board and self correct to support their academic growth. Students will use both sides of the board for not only writing but magnetic letter and beginning sound picture match.
