I am the strength and conditioning coach at the Academy in Hialeah, Florida. We have been competitive in many sports with limited facilities for the past 10 years. Our athletic and PE programs finally have a new facility to train in. Up until the gym was finished our basketball team practiced outside and the wrestling team in the cafeteria. I hope to fill the new gym with top of the line products to give our student-athletes a level playing field in the highly competitive state of Florida!
