As a school counselor, my job is to provide scholars with a safe and comforting space. In addition to, it is crucial to have the resources that can positively impact students with their social-emotional well being. The growth mindset posters will be reminders to students that challenges are ways of progressing toward their desired outcomes and the sensory toys play a crucial role in cognitive growth and problem solving skills. My goal is to have a space that is student-centered with flexible seating options and resources tailored to social emotional learning.These resources will help me have an engaging space for students throughout group and individual therapy.
