These items will be solely used in school for the student's and staff's well-being. Today, I had a teacher that got injured and had to be picked up by EMS. I was unable to give the EMS an oxygen saturation level for the teacher, and the wheelchair I transported her in is in bad shape and old. The breaks do not work effectively and the legs do not move, making it difficult to get patients in and out. I have had to use this wheelchair several times for students after seizures, with playground injuries and vomiting/dizziness. Having a more reliable wheelchair would be so appreciated!
