Montgomery students are currently learning from home. As with any fitness program, seeing improvement is motivating in keeping it going and staying interested and engaged. Students can use these pedometers to track their daily step counts as well as wear them while they are working out.
Our lessons focus on empowering students to create goals based on their current data, make mindful adjustments to their workouts, and track their progress, all of which can be quite a challenge without some kind of tracking device.
Since not every student has a cellphone, we would like to provide these trackers so that everyone can have the chance to take charge of their fitness. We hope each student leaves our program confident in taking charge of their own fitness, wellness, and health.
