This project will allow my Kindergarteners to have access to vivid vocabulary to use during Distance Learning and when they return to school. In Kindergarten and especially in Dual Immersion classrooms students need to see images in color to help then comprehend and retain meaning and use this knowledge as they year progresses. Black and white images are not sufficient! Example: Just this week I was teaching about Murcielagos and the projecting of black and white images did not transfer- the images were blurry and I had to draw the pictures and I have to admit, I am NOT the best artist. Bless my students for being such troopers.
