Distance learning is not easy. Second graders need lots of modeling and concrete examples. A document camera will allow me to model material for my students, giving them the visual cues they need to understand a concept. This will be especially helpful during math, where I will be able to model the use of manipulatives for my students, as well as work out a problem, step by step. In language arts, I will be able to model CLOSE reading for my students by annotating texts and teaching them how to look for text evidence. By donating to this project, you will be directly responsible for enhancing my students’ learning. Thank you.
