With the new books and materials, students will learn coping skills, build self-confidence, and explore how to connect with their inner selves. Students will have the opportunity to share their learned skills with their families at home, and in the classroom with other students. Students will be involved in activities such as painting, expressing themselves by writing books, and teaching lower elementary students how to be mindful and positive. The purchased workbook will allow students to take home fun activities and reinforce their skills. Students will learn how to love themselves.
