I am a first year teacher, so I don't have supplies built up from the past school year(s). These materials will help the students in my classroom. The bouncy bands will help them focus and help maintain behaviors and disruptions. The pencil sharpener will be a tremendous help. At the moment we have a manual pencil sharpener and an electric. Neither of them work very well and it takes time away from instruction. A good electric sharpener it will save time. The pencil holders will also lower the amount of distractions and the amount of pencils lost. Students will be more likely to be prepared and organized.
