My school has a large ESE population and as an ESE Lead, I have over 60 students who have IEPs. Each IEP can consist of 25 or more pages and need to be printed for the original copy to be placed in the student's cumulative folders, as well as an additional copy that is made and sent home to the parent/guardian. Parents also receive copies of their student's progress monitoring goals, as well as additional classroom materials. We are limited on how many copies we are able to make at the school, due to budget. We also do not have enough funding to help with replacing the ink, in order to keep up with the large amount of IEPs that need to be printed and copied.
