First grade in a VIRTUAL WORLD is tough, to say the least, but my students are putting forth 100% effort and working hard each day! In our classroom, my students make home-made stockings for the holidays and then in a normal environment, donations from families would fill those stockings. However, this year due to COVID, donations cannot be accepted. We do not get to experience decorating cookies, making home-made cards and ornaments, participating in fun math and literacy stations, or just good ole emotional community building. The stocking stuffers in this project will be used to fill those stockings and to let my students know just how much their hard work is appreciated! Help me celebrate my fabulous FIRSTIES!
