In these trying times during the pandemic virtual PE has become an essential part of school curriculum. As a PE teacher I am now faced with the task of finding new ways to help my students (both in school and virtual) find ways to stay active and stay in shape. Due to my districts limited technology capabilities it has been a challenge to not only serve the virtual students, but also find ways to allow my in person students the opportunity to get active while limiting contact among students. With access to new technology I will be able to introduce my students to new workouts via Video and also allow my students to experience new activities that we have not been able to do before such as dance.
