The items that this project will purchase will be utilized in leveled literacy task boxes. The students can complete the tasks that are appropriate for their skill set and promote growth. As they work through the tasks and show mastery, they will then be promoted on to a new level of tasks. This project will mostly be utilized during our literacy block when students are working independently while the teacher meets with leveled guided reading groups. Using these boxes will allow for differentiation and allow students to progress through skills at their own pace.
