My remotely-learning kindergarteners will have the opportunity to be exposed to quality text during our live class Google Meets, even if they don't have books at home or access to school or community libraries due to COVID-19 closures.
Weekly thematic units using the book titles in this project will help students make real-world connections while safely learning from home!
Each unit will focus on rich vocabulary, story elements, comprehension strategies, non-fiction text features, and reading foundational skills. With our school library and classroom closed, it's important to have these books to continue learning virtually!
