My wiggly energetic first grade students would love to have alternative seating for learning! Currently, they sit in desks with standard chairs. This project would allow students choice and breaks from standard seating.
With new guidelines in place, students are required to social distance in the classroom and would benefit from alternative seating. Flexible seating would allow them to move about in their own space.
Distance learning has impacted learning and teachers are trying to provide safe learning environments where students can progress academically. Students will thrive academically when they have had opportunities for choice and flexibility in their classroom.
