I teach Economics to 9th grade students and Advanced Placement Economics to 11th and 12th grade students. The curriculum requires students to be able to draw and interpret a variety of micro and macro economics graphs. The document camera easily allows me to display my live drawing of graphs on Zoom during class. This will not only help me now during Covid remote learning, it will also help me tutor students outside of regular school hours as we move forward. The document camera will not only help me provide tutoring students outside of the regular school day it will also record my notes & graphs as a write them, allowing me to easily comply with IEPs that require students to receive a copy of all class notes. This document camera is portable so I will be able to use it at home to teach if Covid cases increase and we must work from home. This model will record color video and still images.
