Covid 19 has impacted our Physical Education class so much. Sport stacking is an activity that is able to be done alone since kids are social distancing during the pandemic. Sports stacking is an amazing activity for kids to do of all ages. It helps improve hand eye coordination, athletic abilities and academic learning. It uses both sides of their bodies and brains to develop important athletic and lifelong skills. It encourages kids to be more active !! It would be a great benefit for our P.E. classes here at Mossy Creek Elementary.
