High school AP art students spend many hours on their art projects, both in school and at home. These student artists carry their art around school, to their extra-curricular activities, to their part-time jobs, and eventually, this artwork makes the journey home. Currently, my students have folded cardboard portfolios (without handles) that can easily get damaged, harming the art tucked inside.
With sturdy portfolios, I know that my art students will have safe transportation of the art projects that they have labored over for countless hours. Additionally, these art portfolios will give the students a sense of pride that these creative individuals deserve.
