I am requesting yoga mats because they will allow my students to grab their "seat" and go outside or to a safe space where they can spread out enough to be comfortable and still be able to learn and communicate with one another. In this time of the pandemic, they are stressed by being confined to their desks and not being able to move around very much. Our school is going to school five days a week, so these mats will be an immense help for keeping my students emotionally and academically fit.
