Organization is a big challenge for middle schoolers. Some students need assistance with keeping organized. They have to get used to going from one or two classes to eight. Many of them ask for folders throughout the year to help keep their papers in order. My students are in need of headphones. Many of my students have been assigned to individualized computer programs such as iReady Reading, iReady Math, and Read 180. These programs focus on math and language arts. In order to complete these lessons, they are in need of headphones with microphones.
