Having a microscope for each classroom gives more kids access to the micro-world. Students can create slides with everyday items in and outside of their home, and at school, and bring them in to "see!" We are currently in process of a closet sanitizing system for high-touch items. So, we would be safe while exposing our students to a new world. This year's STEAM Fair theme is SMART CITIES! We are making our city SMART with different technology. But it starts with research. Students can see what is in the water or see germs from the wall in the hallway, and come up with solutions. The possibilities are endless!
