It is difficult for many third graders to use the track pads on their Chromebooks to show their thinking for math, especially our special education students, some of whom have weaknesses with fine motor. They will also be able to use the mice to navigate the cursor on the screen. We do a lot of group work in our classroom. Whether students are working with other students or are being pulled by a teacher for extra support, it is an important part of our day. Headphones will allow students at home and students at school to collaborate seamlessly over Zoom.
