I am making a fine motor kit for each student in my program. Each student will get their own theraputty, tweezers, clothespins, pompoms, Tennis Ball monster (their favorite item), buttons, beads, and more. With the fine motor tools, students can grow their skills whether they are learning from home or at school. We build hand strength, fine motor skills, and cognitive skills with these tools in the online occupational therapy group. My students enjoy hiding and finding beads in the theraputty while working on their finger strength. They like stringing beads and making color patterns while working on eye hand coordination and math skills. There are so many hands on activities we can do with the kit. By supporting this project, you are helping my students build the fundamental skills for drawing, writing, cutting, and more. Thank you!
