This age group needs all the help they can get with focusing. Headphones will help all the students to fully engage in our online curriculum. Headphones help students to focus. My classroom has a set of 10 currently, but we would need 10 more to allow everyone the same opportunity to focus on the content. Students in this age group are easily distracted. Headphones allow for students to fully engage in the content they are using, rather than being distracted to the world around them. I would love for every student to have their own set, it would also help so greatly in Covid restrictions. Each student having their own pair would cut down on sanitizing.
