Our students will each be provided with their own jump rope to take home. These will be theirs to keep, and use whenever they like. In class they will learn various activities they can do at home with the jump rope on their own and with family/ friends in order to safely keep active during these times. The jump ropes will provide a way for students to exercise aerobically in order to maintain healthy bodies and lifestyles. Students will be able to submit videos to their teacher for extra credit when they exercise on their own. Help our students remain active!
