My students are all working virtually right now to learn Geometry, Algebra 2, and Algebra Functions and Data Analysis. Students have all been issued Chromebooks, or the equivalent, for the school year. Because the screens are small and splitting screens is very difficult, online calculators are not really functional for my students. They are not able to see the problems they are working on while viewing an online calculator. A handheld scientific calculator is necessary for them to accomplish this task. While we have a small classroom set available at school, we are unable to purchase enough calculators for students to use at home while they are attending class virtually or completing asynchronous work. We are in need of a set of calculators that can be issued to students to take home and use.
