An iPad with an Apple Pencil will allow students to interact and enjoy presentations much more, get timely feedback on their submitted work, and be able to watch better video playback/sharing on their screen.
Presentations will be much more effective and interactive because I would be able to write on the iPad as I teach through it. Biological process can be difficult to explain, but being able to write on images during labeling, drawing flow charts, and annotating pdfs greatly enhances the learning. Additionally, writing on their assignments digitally, as I would in-person, can provide valuable feedback.
