The hardest part about teaching and learning in the hybrid model is the difficulty in getting feedback to students on the work they do in the digital realm.
In a paper and pencil world, students would hand in work and teachers would write feedback on it and hand it back. In a hybrid model, teachers and students are not physically together, and it is difficult to give students written feedback on the work they upload to Google Classroom.
Having an iPad with a stylus(Apple Pencil) allows the teacher to instantly provide feedback directly on to their work that they can see and make corrections instantly, therefore increasing their learning and mastery of skills.
