These books will be used as read alouds to activate discussions. These resources give students ideas about how to manage their emotions. We will discuss and write and share our ideas as a classroom and learn about social emotional ways to develop though the books and each other. The books are also very diverse and will help students feel included and see themselves as a part of the community.
When we read the STEM books, we will use it to inspire ideas and design and create our own projects to solve problems.
