The healthy cook book will help give families healthy options to make together in their kitchen. Engaging children in the kitchen with food preparation increases the chances of children trying new and healthy foods, learning new skills, understanding balanced nurtrition, and spending quality time with their families!
The play fruits and veggies will help children continue their learning through play. Play is important in a child's development. We want a child's play to be an extension from the kitchen, classroom and the time spent with their significant adults. These hands on toys will help children recreate their kitchen experiences and the use of healthy foods to promote balanced nutrition!
