This project will be effective in allowing students to work collaboratively in the classroom as well as at home. In the classroom, students will be able to use flexible seating with a hardy surface to work collaboratively with their peers in partners or small groups to better grasp concepts. Using maps and a globe will allow for my 5th graders to get a better perspective of our world and how important events in the world happened. At home and school, students will be able to read a variety of books to advance their academic language and joy of reading.

About my class
