Teaching special education students we have never encountered the situation that we are encountering now with distance learning. Although we have always lacked resources, we were able to still help our students with the learning they needed to be successful. The Pandemic caused by COVID 19, has exposed our lack of resources for these students to succeed virtually. We are drastically seeing the destructive effects of the Pandemic on our Special Population. We are now in a serious situation to try to provide effective resources, such as Leapfrog tablets, learning tablets, and manipulative math programs to give our underprivileged special education students fair opportunity! The hope of providing these resources has become slim, but we are hoping with generosity from donors this dream will come true! Providing the online learning resources is the only hope for these life skills students! Help make these dreams come true, and save many young kids pursuit of a equal chance!
About my class
