In order for the students to learn in color, they need a color printer and microscope slides. The color printer provides a way to enhance creativity and teamwork through projects as well as the ability to see what they are truly capable of. Also, certain group projects that they do, could be printed in color as well. These group projects give them an opportunity to develop some social skills that were not as practiced during the pandemic. They have also been able to create more projects digitally because of the pandemic and would be able to use those skills in real life. They can experience printing designs in color to see if they come out as they imagined and created. The paper and ink are needed to keep the printer in working order. Having a color printer leaves the door wide open to encouraging students to use the skills they have learned in the pandemic as well as those that were not as accessible.
Once a student views their work in color, they would be able to have a more honest idea of what they can achieve.
Microscope slides also promote viewing items in real life and up close. It allows students to investigate further to see the true color of Science. Once they are able to learn up close then they will also be able to imagine and create more solutions.
