With wooden blocks, students will develop their fine motor skills in grabing, stacking, while making creative buildings. Playdough will be used to make faces, create letters, and using their hand motor to create art. Construction papers will be used making art projects to enhance their fine motor development as well as learning to follow directions.
I can't wait to see how happy our preschool special needs students will be when they play with blocks, playdough, and making things together with construction papers.
Having materials available would make so much difference in a child's learning. They will build their self confidence and self-esteem as well.
