Special Educators and the students we serve at GES will benefit from having access to these iPads, where we can utilize a variety of websites, applications, and resources to address student learning in the areas of English Language Arts and Math. Students are working to increase their skills in Common Core Areas such as, Reading Foundations, (4.RF.3A), Reading for Information, (3.RI.1), Writing, (5.W.2), Operations and Algebraic Functions, (3.OA.B.5), Geometry, (5.G.B.3), etc., all areas that have been deeply impacted due to distance learning and the Covid Pandemic. These iPads will provide support to our classroom, by enabling us to track data regarding student progress, provide a vehicle by which student work samples can be scanned and saved, and enable us to expedite the processing of required paperwork!
