This gym equipment will not only help students stay active but also help them regulate when they are having a difficult time! Working out is a proven way to improve your mood and I would love my students to have access to equipment to help them do this! We will utilize the equipment not only during PE class but also when students need a quick brain break! We know they will be excited to have some real gym equipment at school and not just the Wii! Thank you very much!!

About my class
