With these new enrichment games, students will begin to learn social skills and alleviate social anxiety both in the academic setting as well the professional setting.
In the QUEST classroom, I want my students to engage with their peers and find academic success. Funding this project will enable my classroom to do complete that lesson. Socialization through play is one of the best ways to allow students to feel the freedom of anxiety and begin to build peer relationships which in turn supports the elimination of anxiety. Creating mindful students improves not only the mental stability of my classroom, but those around them as well.
