There are many ways that these tablets can be used for and by my students. There are many educational apps we would have access to, including the Barton Tiles app we use to teach below-level readers how to decode words and recognize letter sounds.
These tablets will be integrated into classroom lessons to research information, complete assignments, and learn to use technology to aid their unique disabilities.
These tablets will also be used for practice in mastering their IEP (Individualized Education Plan) goals in core academics and social emotional learning. Because many of our students come from low economic backgrounds, they often do not have access to these kinds of technologies at home.
Please help me to help make learning more accessible for my school babies! Any donation, no matter how small, makes a difference!
