After 306 days of virtual learning, we are FINALLY back to hybrid in-person learning. Because we are hybrid, students only come to school two days a week and many of the old ways of doing things have been changed. Typically our students would move from classroom to classroom for all 7 of their classes. Since we have returned to in-person learning, our students are staying in one classroom all day and the teachers are rotating to them.
After so many changes this year, I would like for my students to be able to sit in comfort.
The classroom my students are in all day is a science lab that has stools without backs. Students are complaining about their backs hurting after sitting for an hour, but then they still have 6 more hours to go.
With social distancing and safety parameters in place, they're not able to get up and walk around or stretch. Please help me give my students stools with backs.
