My students are 4-5 year old students that need hands on activities to stay engaged during distance learnig. Legos can help build their fine motor skills and their cognitive development. One activity we can implement is a Lego Marble Run. The whole family will enjoy creating a marble maze with legos. During our Creative Curriculum Building unit the students can build a bridge using the legos.To extend critical thinking students can build a bridge stong enugh to suppoot 100 pennies. Another activitiy that would be fun while learning is ABC lego cards. Learning needs to be fun and engagiging! What better way but to use legos for distanct learning!
