I am a Culinary Arts Teacher going into my 3rd year. I started this program and have been building it up from the ground since 2019. We do not yet have a kitchen. Cooking without a kitchen is a chef's worst nightmare. This countertop griddle can be used in my classroom for a number of things, including but not limited to hands-on experience for the students, and for online demonstrations for virtual learning students. Having something that is versatile can take us a long way during mini labs.
