Each student will have an ACTUAL hard copy of the fabulous Fable book by Arnold Lobel - a REAL BOOK to refer to rather than reading text on a screen! Like Pinocchio, my students wish to read a REAL book! They will experience the joy of opening their new books in hopes of establishing their home print-rich environment. Each student will also be able to illustrate their work with their own watercolor. Their work will be combined to create their own class book of fables. This exciting project will bring joy to reading and writing.

About my class
