These materials will be used to better engage students during read aloud time in the classroom. My students do best when they have access to high quality visuals to go along with our reading and discussions. Laminating helps to make it a lasting resource for years to come. This project will fund a week worth of lessons for 36 books! Each book's lesson plan includes: - Detailed 3-5 Day Lesson Plans - Text Dependent Questions and Answer Keys - Differentiated Graphic Organizers - Writing in Response to Text - Craft Instructions and Patterns - Bulletin Board Title Having these interactive read aloud activities and lesson plans will keep my students engaged and help them learn new strategies for comprehension, writing, and retelling. It gives them the visuals needed to help them organize their thoughts when coming up with the main idea, character traits, problem/solution, and central messages of the books.
