For now, my students will use the 3D pens at home with adults and me on zoom. I'm addicted and I'm hoping they will catch the tech bug too. We will model across all subject areas: math, science, literature, and social sciences. We can figure out how to apply the technology/activities to sports, physics, nutrition, and the arts. The possibilities are endless as you can imagine: geometric models, cell models, literary characters, and mini sets, as well as historic figures and artifacts. Many of our kids are not yet comfortable with all aspects of technology and I am hoping that this will jumpstart the catalyzation. They don't yet know, but I can see the excitement on their faces. They can send their files to me for 3D printing. I can't wait!!!
