My students attend a very diverse school in a low-income area of California. All of the students in our district receive free lunch due to the prevailing poverty in the area. These students are enthusiastic learners with very impressive goals for themselves. They love school and it is my aim to ensure that that never changes. I will be transferring from teaching 6th grade to teaching Kindergarten at the start of the upcoming school year and hope that these materials will help me provide my new, younger students with developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

About my class
