Many of my students do not have many or any at all books at home for them to read that is an appropriate level for their reading. By donating these books to each of my students, I hope to inspire them to love reading and want to read more! Not being at school they do not have access to a classroom library like they normally would.
Not all students can excel at reading online, so having an actual copy of a book could make all the difference of how they view reading. They may have a negative view of reading from only doing it online, but having a hard copy could change their viewpoints.
